It's Energy! Physical Health and Vitality
The life energy that fuels your brain, muscles, makes your heart sing and your feet want to dance.
The "Joie de vivre" so natural to the young child - when was the last time you really felt
this way? You can regain that experience by returning balance to your life.
Can you imagine being so healthy that every morning you jump out of bed, eager to begin the day?
Today in the US, one person in 20 is sick, one person in five is healthy and the remaining three
quarters of our population is only half - healthy. The latter group is not really sick enough to
visit a medical professional. They may lack energy, have body discomfort, or be susceptible to
whatever cold or flu is currently going around. This is because their life is out of balance.
The needs of the body have been overlooked. Pressure to survive and meet financial needs take
precedence over all else.
As a culture, we have become very involved in the business of being busy. Long commutes, sedentary
jobs, pressures of family and poor eating habits are common.
Time is scarce, so the time to exercise, eat properly and get enough restful sleep are given a
lower priority in order to meet the demands of earning enough money. Money to take care of
monthly expenses, (payments on cars, rent or home, credit card bills, medical expenses), the
list goes on and on.
Of the five critical needs, Optimum Health is primary, the foundation
necessary to achieving success and happiness....
When your body is in pain, has "dis-ease", or you just have no energy, you are more likely to
miss the pleasures that life has to offer.
Yet most of us ignore the message our body is shouting at us. We are too busy. We just do not
have the time to listen to what our bodies are trying to communicate. Instead, we "pop a pain
pill" or get a prescription.
If you want to achieve optimum health and maintain it into your leisure years, the time to
begin the process is now.
The sooner you begin, the sooner your body will begin replacing the old worn out cells with
vibrant healthy cells assuring your ability to enjoy a more active and energetic life, well
into your senior years.
To achieve this, a high priority must be assigned to the building your foundation of Optimum
Health.
You may have noticed the proliferation of TV advertisements, telling us we need to have this
pill for acid reflux, or that pill for osteoarthritis, heartburn, high blood pressure, etc., etc., etc.
I once counted at least 15 different pharmaceutical spots for drugs that we were advised
to "ask your doctor about "X" pill for "Y" condition, then we hear a rapid fire listing of
all of the side effects in their disclaimer.
In many cases, the side effects sound worse than the condition they are claiming to correct!
When your body tells you you are in pain or are "dis-at-ease", it is trying to tell you that
something is WRONG!!!

The second need is a sense of certainty (security) and variety (change and surprise) in your
life....
You need to be able to trust the world around you to provide security and stability.
We all need the assurance of adequate financial resources to meet day to day needs. The
awareness that you have an abundance of money to enable you to pursue other interests, hobbies,
travel and other pursuits will help you in fulfilling the need for variety and surprise, to be
stimulated by change and challenges.
Many people argue that "Money does not buy happiness." This may be true, but the lack of money
certainly makes it difficult to do the things you want to do. It is harder to obtain the things
you really need to support your nutritional needs without money. An abundance of money can help
to bring experiences that are pleasurable. It does make life a lot easier when you have an
adequate supply.
Consider this, in the richest country in the history of the human race, after working 40 years
at age 65 only 1% of Americans are actually wealthy.
How does this happen? Don't you want to be different?
People get so caught up in the hassles of day-to-day survival that life ends up passing them by.
To learn how to turn your life around and assure your ability to live long and prosper in your
retirement, we have put together a number of resources on our page Business Opportunity Links,

a solution to this dilema.
The next three needs are difficult to attain without an adequate measure of financial health.
The third need is to feel unique (special and significant) and to love yourself, yet to feel
connected by having loving relationships with others.
The fourth need is that you must give yourself time to grow and evolve into the greatest
version of yourself that you can imagine yourself to be.
When life is pressing in on you, this seems an impossible luxury to give to yourself. The
temptation is to wait until you have more time. The trouble is -- the time is always filled
up with "more important" things. Having wealth provides time freedom. Just how much is a year
of your life worth to you?
The fifth critical element, one which most rarely have the time, energy or resources to experience
is the need to contribute beyond yourself in a meaningful way.
Fourth and fifth pieces of the puzzle are often overlooked in the process of "making ends meet",
"surviving" or just the everyday "stress of trying to keep up". Everyone seems to be so involved
in the daily routine which includes commuting to and from a stressful job, hectic schedules of
family and work, no wonder there is precious little time to give to yourself.
Take charge of your life and give yourself Time Freedom
by getting out of debt and out of the "rat race".
